Burton CO2 EST Snowboard Bindings 2011: The high-end “sport-tuned” suspension that pros like Mason Aguirre, Kevin Pearce, Jussi Oksanen, and Mads Jonsson rely on is now upgraded with B3 Gel bushings in the hi-back to eliminate vibrations and high-speed turbulence in the Burton CO2 EST Snowboard Bindings. The ultra-light carbon-blended fuselage joins forces with the spring-like cushioning of the SuperBED™ to dodge and deflect shrapnel with laser precision, while the new React ankle strap drops weight and improves wrap for zero lag between mind and mountain.
Baseplate
By removing the materials from beneath your feet, Burton was able to not only drastically reduce weight, but open imaginations up to entirely new designs. With EST™, the possibilities for cushioning and enhanced board feel are infinite, and so are the stance options. Get it all without ever sacrificing the edge-to-edge power you know and trust.
Straps
React Ankle straps have minimized Superstrap™ construction, are 3D®Curved with a triple axis spine, have ultra-responsive Enduro padding, and improved wrap for constant contact with the boot. The Gettagrip Capstrap is also 3D®Curved with a triple axis spine, has Ultra-Minimized Capstrap™ construction with a True Wrap Toe Window, Grip Fit, and are conformable from Capstrap to Toe Strap.
Highback
Dual-component hi-backs lets Burton manipulate the flex profile by interchanging the frame and the spine. The spine maintains structural integrity and response, while the frame supports the boot. B3 Gel Heel Cushioning is the same cushioning found in Burton’s high-end boots and you can find it here in the hi-back.
Additional Features
A lifetime warranty backs up these bindings. They also have anatomical left and right baseplates, progressive flexing hi-backs, True OTT Hi-Back padding, and a forward lean adjuster.
