Salve a tutti..
Qual'e' la differenza in casa Head tra sci Worldcup sandwich construction e sandwich cup ?
 
Si, in effetti......

Sono stato tratto in inganno dal "sandwich" in entrambi i casi. Alla fine i sandwich cap non sono altro che sci sintetici, quindi.

We take the basic framework from the World Cup Sandwich and place a cap that just wraps over the top edge of the sidewall to make the ski more suitable for all mountain skiing. Bomber construction with a rounded top edge makes for one incredible all-country ski.

Prima di scrivere l'avevo cercato, ma senza risultati, forse perche' mi ero fermato sul sito italiano.

Certo, l'RD che possiamo comprare noi è fatto così, e anche parecchi RD che usa Ted, ma alcuni per esigenze particolari sono in costruzione cap. Quindi non ci sono solo cap schiumoni.
 
Ma da dove si dovrebbe capire che gli sci di Ligety in foto sono cap e non sandwich classico? Non potrebbe semplicemente essere un fianchetto in fenolo bianco? Sto cercando foto più chiare ma per il momento non ne trovo....:PAAU
 
Dunque, forse con Ted ero cecato io e c'era il fianchetto bianco, ma questi sci DH della Vonn parlano chiaro:

Qui in effetti si vede bene. Comunque chiedevo solo perchè dalla foto di prima non credo che sia possibile vederlo, ma può essere così anche per Ted in effetti.

Ad ogni modo dormirò tranquillo anche senza averne la certezza. Male che vada domani gli do un colpo di telefono e gli chiedo se me li presta così ci leviamo il pensiero :TTTT
