Leaf Skis nasce dalla passione e dall'amore di alcuni amici per la montagna e per lo sci in fuoripista.

Dopo una stagione dedicata allo sviluppo ed al test di alcuni modelli, visti i riscontri positivi da parte di tutti quelle persone che hanno avuto modo di sciare Leaf, abbiamo deciso di iniziare una produzione in piccola serie.

Leaf è un marchio di un'azienda leader nel mondo del legno da più di 40 anni e questo ci ha consentito di attingere a competenze ed esperienze essenziali a garantire un prodotto di alto standard qualitativo.

Nordica è uno dei più grandi produttori di sci in Italia. Nordica produce anche scarponi, bastoncini ed accessori per gli sciatori.

Siamo un nuovo marchio emergente, la nostra avventura è iniziata qualche anno fa nel cuore delle alpi svizzere.
Abbiamo iniziato al fine di poter creare ed usare noi stessi uno sci da freeride unico nel suo genere, ma anche per esplorare gli obiettivi raggiungibili da una piccola azienda fondata con un preciso scopo finale: soddisfare le esigenze di freeriders come noi!
Ad oggi il mercato è dominato da grandi aziende che distribuiscono e promuovono i loro sci attraverso processi inadeguati. Noi siamo convinti che questo possa esser cambiato e siamo i primi a volerlo cambiare! Vogliamo introdurre un nuovo modo di produrre, distribuire e supportare i nostri sci ma soprattutto vogliamo offrire uno sci di qualità attraverso pratiche corrette e trasparenti.

KÄSTLE is an Austrian company based in the heart of the Alps. We are a small tribe of life-long skiers with extensive experience in the ski manufacturing industry. We came together because we share a passion for skiing and a desire to build the world’s best ski systems.

Established in 1945 by Toivo Peltonen, Peltonen is one of the leading manufacturers of cross-country skis, with over 60 years continuous history of ski manufacturing in Hartola, 170 kilometers north of Helsinki, Finland.

Rapala VMC Corporation (Rapala), a leading fishing tackle and sporting goods manufacturer and distributor, is the main owner of Peltonen with its 90% shareholding. Rapala’s own distribution companies sell Peltonen skis and other winter sports equipment in the Nordic counties.

Through its existence, PELTONEN has always been one of the leading ski manufacturers, and is continuously pushing the envelope in cross-country ski performance and manufacturing technology.

We worked carefully with the best materials we could find, because breaking one meant spending days pressing out a new pair. We did it by hand, because there was no other way.
While years of practice have made us faster, the process and the passion remain the same.
Moment is growing, but please don’t call us businessmen. We are skiers. We still design, press, and test all our skis in the heart of the Sierra Nevada Range. We use the best materials available and we still do it all by hand, not because we have to but because that’s how we believe skis should be made.
